Meet the owner, Victor Rodriguez
Victor Rodriguez’s journey in the window and door industry started in Tijuana, Mexico, where he first learned the trade as a teenager working at a glass shop. That early experience sparked a passion for glazing, leading him to open his own business, "Vidriera Cardenas," which he ran until 2002. After moving to Los Angeles, Victor worked as a window installer before starting Heart & Soul Custom Window & Glass Door Installation, Inc. in 2010. With his deep experience in glazing and installation, Victor leads our company with a commitment to quality and a personal touch in every project.
